Despite the wet morning weather, National Honor Society students and the girls varsity soccer team from Elwood-John H. Glenn High School came together to participate in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk at Jones Beach on Oct. 14. Cumulatively, they collected more than $2,500.
