Milton High School Boys' Ice Hockey Program worked together with the community to raise much needed funds and warm clothing for the C.O.P.E. (Community Offering People Encouragement) organization in Quincy that directly services Boston's homeless community by making meaningful connections, serving home cooked meals, delivering gift cards, and individualized clothing donations. Milton High School Boys' Varsity, JV, & Freshman Ice Hockey Teams, Coaches, and Families all participated in organizing, advertising, setting up & monitoring collection bins, donating, and delivering donations directly to C.O.P.E. The donations of warm jackets, pants, hoodies, socks, and boots, along with $500 in much needed funds were greatly appreciated by C.O.P.E.'s directors and volunteers.
