Falcons Fighting Hunger
Each year SAAC and Student-Athlete Services work together to collect non-perishable donations for a local food pantry. Student-athletes give their time at collection spots as well as their food donations around Thanksgiving in an effort to make the holiday season better for local families.
Special Olympics
Student-Athlete Services and SAAC have formed a relationship with the Special Olympics of the Toledo Area, providing many wonderful opportunities for student-athletes to work with individuals with disabilities. Throughout the year, SAAC holds Special Olympics fun days where Special Olympians and student-athletes gather to play sports and form bonds. This opportunity is been a great service experience for our student-athletes and the Special Olympians.
