About:
This was our 9th Annual Food Drive. The players collect food during the month of December and we have a “friendly competition” as to what team (Blue or Gold) brings the most. This year, because of Covid, we had to collect on our own and then met on Dec 28th at Community Action of Glens Falls to restock their shelves after the holidays. Players had neighbors, friends and relatives help in collecting non-perishable items to donate. This year was a great success. We are still waiting to hear from Community Action as to how much food in pounds was donated. We hope to break last year’s record of 915 lbs!
