The Queens College softball and baseball teams volunteered this past weekend at the Special Olympics Bowling Event at Strike 10 Lanes in Brooklyn, N.Y. It was an event run by the NYC Special Olympics where the participants came from all five boroughs to compete in a bowling invitational.

The QC student-athletes were hands on helping the athletes bowl, keeping score of the games and to be there for support. The teams walked away feeling blessed to have the opportunity to particiapte in this event and look forward to working with the Special Olympics organization again.
