In a powerful show of unity and community spirit, the Sachem East and Sachem North field hockey programs joined forces this weekend for an outreach event benefiting the League of YES, creating a day filled with memories, kindness, giving, teamwork and fun.
Players from both squads operated side-by-side as buddies and station leaders, encouraging participants, celebrating small victories, and modeling the teamwork that defines both sport and service. The joint effort underscored how athletics can extend beyond the field to make a meaningful impact.
