n October 6th, the Smithtown East High School Girls Volleyball team came together for an inspiring Dig Pink game, raising $1,053 for the Islip Breast Cancer Coalition.
Both JV and Varsity players, along with their parents, donated their time to decorate the gym, set up the event, and contribute food and products for attendees. Their hard work created a fun, energetic atmosphere while supporting an incredibly important cause.
Thanks to the generosity of players, families, and supporters, 100% of the funds raised went directly to the Islip Breast Cancer Coalition, helping to fund programs and resources for individuals and families affected by breast cancer.
The Smithtown East Girls Volleyball team continues to show that dedication on the court goes hand-in-hand with making a positive impact in the community.
