About:
The Peer Leaders at Division Avenue High School continue to demonstrate what it means to lead with compassion and purpose. Under the guidance of Ms. Osterman, these student leaders mentor and support incoming freshmen and new students throughout the year, helping them adjust and feel connected to the DAHS community.
In addition to their mentoring roles, the Peer Leaders organize the school’s bi-annual Blood Drive, a long-standing tradition of giving back. Their recent drive was a major success, uniting students, staff, and community members in a shared mission to save lives.
From coordinating volunteers to encouraging donors, the Peer Leaders showcased teamwork, dedication, and school pride. The event highlighted the true spirit of the Dragons — a community built on kindness, service, and leadership.
Dragons always rise to the occasion, and the DAHS Peer Leaders continue to prove that small acts of service can make a powerful difference.
