The Fairport High School Boys Varsity Soccer Team recently wrapped up an incredible community service effort — raising $3,000 and collecting toys valued at about $1,000 to support the CURE Childhood Cancer Association.
Representatives from CURE visited Fairport High School to meet with the team and accept the donations, thanking the players for their generosity and compassion.
This project not only raised essential funds and gifts for children and families facing cancer but also inspired the athletes to understand the power of teamwork off the field. The players’ commitment to giving back reflects their school spirit, leadership, and empathy for others in their community.
