Members of the Sachem North National Honor Society came together for a meaningful Walk-A-Thon in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, raising funds and awareness for children facing critical illnesses.
Held during Wish Week, the event brought students together around a shared purpose—using their time and energy to help make dreams come true for children and families in need. With strong participation and positive energy throughout the day, the Walk-A-Thon highlighted the commitment of Sachem North students to service, compassion, and leadership.
The event not only raised important funds for Make-A-Wish, but also strengthened the sense of community within the school. By stepping up for a cause bigger than themselves, NHS members demonstrated how student leadership can create real impact beyond the classroom.
