The Westonka High School community recently came together in a powerful show of generosity during the “Stuff the Bus” fundraiser, raising more than $2,500 in just four days to support the Westonka Food Shelf.
Students, staff, and community members rallied around the effort, contributing donations to help ensure that families in the Westonka area have access to the food and resources they need. The initiative demonstrated how quickly a community can make a meaningful impact when everyone works toward a shared goal.
A special thank you goes to the Westonka Student Senate, whose organization and leadership helped make the fundraiser a success. Their efforts in coordinating the event encouraged strong participation across the school and community.
The funds raised will directly support the Westonka Food Shelf, an organization dedicated to meeting the needs of local families by providing food assistance and essential resources.
