Students and staff at Hicksville Middle School recently came together to support mental health awareness in recognition of P.S. I Love You Day.
The school community participated in activities designed to promote kindness, connection, and open conversations about mental health. P.S. I Love You Day is dedicated to reminding individuals that they are never alone and encouraging communities to stand together in support of mental wellness.
As part of the initiative, Hicksville Middle School was honored to receive a P.S. I Love You Day bench, a meaningful symbol representing hope, support, and a safe space for students to connect with one another.
Special thanks were given to Mr. Tussie, whose efforts helped make the initiative possible and brought this lasting symbol of support to the school community.
Through events like this, the Hicksville Public Schools community continues to promote compassion, awareness, and a culture where students feel supported and valued.
