Clarkstown Ice Hockey demonstrated the true spirit of community service this holiday season by participating in the Town of Clarkstown’s dinner bag giveaway for local veterans at the Street Community Center.
Student-athletes volunteered their time to help distribute more than 200 dinner bags filled with food, ensuring that veterans in the community had the resources needed to celebrate the holidays. The initiative brought together local organizations, volunteers, and community members in a shared effort to recognize and support those who have served.
Through their involvement, Clarkstown players showed that leadership extends beyond the rink. By stepping up to assist with this meaningful outreach effort, the team helped create a positive, welcoming holiday experience for veterans while strengthening their sense of teamwork and civic responsibility.
