About:
The girls’ lacrosse team is using their platform for more than just competition—turning game day into an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer.
In a powerful show of support, the team dedicated their game to raising awareness for those battling cancer, with a special focus on pancreatic cancer. Throughout the event, players, coaches, and fans came together with a shared purpose—honoring those affected and standing in solidarity with their community.
At halftime, they organized a donation drive to support research efforts at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, encouraging attendees to contribute to a cause that extends far beyond the field.
Events like this highlight the leadership and compassion of student-athletes—demonstrating how teams can unite communities, raise awareness, and inspire action. By using their game as a platform for good, Feehan Girls Lacrosse continues to embody the values of education-based athletics.
