The Park Wolfpack football community is once again using athletics as a way to make a difference beyond the field.
Through the Tackle Cancer initiative, the Park Wolfpack Football Booster Club helped raise funds in support of the Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund.
Supporters joined the effort by purchasing special Tackle Cancer shirts, helping the program raise awareness and funds for an important cause while bringing the school community together.
The Wolfpack Activities program thanked the football booster club for its efforts and everyone who purchased a shirt to support the campaign.
Initiatives like this show the impact that can be created when student-athletes, families, booster clubs, and community members work together around a shared purpose.
