The WH Golf Team recently helped shine a light on the importance of mental health during a special Mental Health Awareness Night.
For the event, the team wore green jerseys and received matching towels, provided through the thoughtfulness and efforts of Kerry Walker. The green gear helped give the night a meaningful visual connection to mental health awareness while also bringing the team together around an important message.
The team shared its appreciation for Kerry’s foresight and support, noting how much the jerseys and towels meant to the players.
By using athletics as a platform to promote awareness and conversation around mental health, the WH Golf Team showed how even a simple gesture can help reinforce the importance of supporting one another both on and off the course.
