On Tuesday night, the atmosphere at the game was filled with energy and pride as the Girls Varsity Basketball Teamwore special warm-up shirts designed and decorated by the talented elementary students. The shirts, crafted with creativity and care, became a symbol of the strong connection between the high school athletes and their younger supporters.
The students from the elementary school came out in full force to cheer on the team as they battled GMU, bringing an extra level of excitement to the game. Their presence and enthusiasm helped fuel the team’s victory, and the girls couldn’t have been more grateful for the support.
The collaboration between the elementary classes and the varsity team made for a memorable night, highlighting the importance of community and school spirit. It’s events like these that show how sports can bring people together and create lasting bonds.
