About:
The Academy of Holy Angels Girls Volleyball Team continues to show that their impact reaches far beyond the game. This season, the STARS hosted a Dig Pink Night to raise awareness and support in the fight against breast cancer, filling the gym with energy, compassion, and community spirit. Players, coaches, and fans united in pink to honor those affected and to contribute to ongoing research and awareness efforts.
But their service didn’t stop there. The team also took part in a Faith in Action project, where players gathered after a team dinner to make fleece blankets for Children’s Hospital Minnesota. Guided by their team parents, the STARS spent the evening crafting blankets to bring comfort and warmth to young patients in need.
Through both their Dig Pink event and their Faith in Action project, the Academy of Holy Angels Volleyball Team continues to exemplify what it means to serve with purpose.
