Adelphi Softball took the field for a meaningful cause during their recent Autism Awareness Games, celebrating inclusion, connection, and community. With the theme “Bridging the Gap,” the event was a powerful reminder of the role sports can play in fostering understanding and support.
A special thank you goes out to the team at @bridgestoadelphi for helping make the day so impactful. Students had the exciting opportunity to throw out a ceremonial first pitch and announce Adelphi’s starting lineup—adding unforgettable moments to a victorious Game 1.
It was a day filled with heart, teamwork, and a shared commitment to autism awareness. Way to go, Panthers!
