The spirit of leadership and service was on full display as members of Akron High School’s Niagara-Orleans League Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) participated in a meaningful service project aimed at supporting instruction in their elementary school.
Student-athletes Madigan, Cara, Abby, Julia, Alex, Evan, Aron, and Nick dedicated their time and energy to assist younger students and teachers, reinforcing the value of mentorship and community involvement. Following their volunteer work, the group traveled to Medina to take part in an N-O Council meeting, representing Akron with pride.
This initiative reflects the power of student-athletes using their platform not just in competition, but in making a positive impact beyond the field.
