This week, the JV and Varsity Girls Lacrosse Teams dedicated their efforts to raising money for pancreatic cancer research in memory of Joe McKenna. Joe, known as The Voice of Albertus Athletics and a beloved Theology Teacher, tragically lost his life to pancreatic cancer last spring. In his honor, the teams successfully raised $510 to support pancreatic cancer action research.
