Our Varsity football team volunteered yesterday afternoon at the Regional Food Bank in Albany, NY. Half of the team sorted fruits and vegetables while the other half packaged animal food to be sent out to those in need. The food bank serves 23 counties in NYS and over 1000 agencies. Players filled up two pallets with boxes containing fruits and vegetables and countless number of boxes containing food for cats and dogs.
