About:

Friday, April 29th, at 5PM the BHBL girls varsity lacrosse team will have a home game against Queensbury that is dedicated to pediatric cancer. The organization is called “go 4 the goal”. Both teams will wear yellow laces as we “lace up for pediatric cancer”. This link tells you more about where the money is going etc.

BH will warm up in shirts they designed with their logo on the back and 50% of the profit of the shirts will go to the organization.
The girls are raising funds at half time, before the game, etc. Check out @bhbl_glax on Twitter and BHBL Spartan Girls lacrosse on Facebook to see more about raising money.

They will honor before the game on the field 8 year old Ayven Trestick – survivor of Neuroblastoma. Ayven went to Albany Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC, she was diagnosed when she was 1 year old.

CoachKate Kerner was inspired to host this game after a 2018 Shenendehowa graduate Kelli Russo passed away a few months ago from a 2 year battle of pediatric sarcoma. Each year they do a dedication game and this was her inspiration for this.
