About:
Briarcliff Middle School’s Student Government – which includes student athletes – helped get their peers excited for Super Bowl LI by hosting a “SOUPer Bowl” at the school.
Students collected nine bins full of nonperishable food, which was donated to Lifting Up Westchester. Student Government advisor Robert Connelly noted that it’s especially important to donate this time of year to compensate for the post-holiday lull in donations.
