About:
The Burlington High School Girls Volleyball team is once again bringing its community together for a meaningful cause as the Red Devils prepare to host their annual Spike Out Cancer Night on Friday, October 23.
This special event has become a tradition for the Burlington volleyball program, bringing student-athletes, coaches, families, and community members together to raise funds and awareness in the fight against cancer.
Red Devils Rally for a Cause
As part of this year’s event, the team is organizing a raffle featuring an exciting variety of prizes donated by local businesses and supporters.
Prizes include Boston Celtics and New England Patriots tickets, gift certificates to local restaurants, a Total Wine class for up to 20 people, and themed gift baskets.
Community members are encouraged to purchase raffle tickets ahead of the event, and winners do not need to be present to claim their prizes.
Through the annual fundraiser, Burlington’s student-athletes are helping bring their school and community together to support an important cause while continuing a tradition of giving back.
A Tradition of Teamwork and Community Service
Spike Out Cancer Night represents more than a volleyball game. It provides an opportunity for Burlington’s student-athletes to demonstrate leadership, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference beyond the court.
By organizing fundraising activities and encouraging community participation, the Red Devils are showing how the power of sports can be used to support others and inspire positive change.
The continued success of this annual tradition reflects the dedication of the volleyball program and the generosity of the Burlington community.
