About:
In October, the team held a Staff Appreciation Day following their school’s Pep Rally. Each player personally selected a staff member who has made a positive impact on their life, sending a heartfelt email to thank them for their guidance, encouragement, and support. The team also gathered for a group photo to celebrate the strong sense of community that makes CCCSD so special.
Earlier in the year, in August, members of the team participated in the Daniel’s Race 5K, an event held in memory of Daniel — someone who continues to inspire their program. By running in the race, the athletes honored his legacy and supported a meaningful cause close to their hearts.
