About:
Centennial Hockey is bringing together competition, community, and purpose by hosting a Hockey Fights Cancer event during both its JV and Varsity games on Thursday, January 15.
The evening will also serve as a celebration of the program’s 2025–2026 season sponsors, recognizing the support that helps make Cougar Hockey possible both on and off the ice. Fans are encouraged to come out, support the teams, and take part in the Hockey Fights Cancer initiative aimed at raising awareness and funds for cancer-related causes.
By dedicating both games to Hockey Fights Cancer, Centennial Hockey is using its platform to make a meaningful impact beyond the rink—demonstrating how high school athletics can unite communities around causes that matter.
Events like this reflect the powerful role student-athletes and school programs play in supporting awareness, service, and giving back, turning game night into an opportunity to stand together in the fight against cancer.
