Giuliana Versacci recently took the initiative to organize a dedication game in support of the One Love Foundation, a cause close to her heart. The One Love Foundation was created to help young people recognize the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships and teach how to get out of an abusive situation. It was founded in memory of Yeardley Love, a University of Virginia lacrosse player who tragically lost her life to domestic violence just days before her graduation.
Giuliana felt compelled to raise awareness around this issue, which is both urgent and deeply important. As part of her efforts, she organized a dedication game where she spoke to the audience about One Love’s mission. To further support the cause, she designed One Love T-shirts and held a basket auction with generous prizes donated by local businesses. All proceeds from the sale of shirts and auction items will go directly to the One Love Foundation.
Giuliana is incredibly proud of the event and the opportunity to raise awareness in honor of Yeardley Love. She hopes her efforts will continue to spread the message of healthy relationships and empower individuals to recognize the importance of respect, love, and safety in their personal lives.
