Kindergarten students from Kristen Ghison’s class at Central Boulevard Elementary School in the Bethpage School District made valentines for senior citizens as part of their monthly Thoughtful Thursday activity on Jan. 23. The cards will be sent to nursing homes to with recipients a happy Valentine’s Day.
Thoughtful Thursday is a monthly activity at Central Boulevard in which students partake in acts of kindness for others.
