Members of the Centre Avenue Elementary School’s Student Council were busy hosting their annual Thanksgiving Food Drive, which ended on Nov. 22.
Grade levels were tasked with collecting different items, and the students were amazed at how fast the boxes were filled.
The district is grateful to all families who generously donated food to help support the East Rockaway community.
