Photo caption: Aquebogue Elementary School’s PTO, with the assistance of art teacher Maureen Ahern, recently raised more than $5,000 for special school programs through a socially distanced yard sale that was coupled with an art project fundraiser at the Corwin Farm. Throughout the day, attendees had the opportunity to shop and create art. The event was held in lieu of an annual craft fair that was canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions.
