About:
Our COORE students had an incredible experience participating in “surf therapy,” which is a holistic approach to well-being that supports mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
In addition to learning how to surf, the students were also introduced to important lessons on ocean safety and conservation. The day included stretching, mindful moments, and, of course, plenty of time out on the water. Skudin Surf provided all the necessary equipment, including surfboards and wetsuits, and there were lifeguards and trained staff on site to guide and support the students throughout the day.
It was a truly meaningful and empowering experience — one we hope to continue in the future!
