About:

We are very excited to sponsor the 2nd Annual DHS Service Week.  This weeklong event offers our students the opportunity to volunteer time within the community, helping with programs that greatly impact Duxbury residents.  DHS StuCo, Football and NHS have partnered with a number of organizations around town to provide over 1000 hours of volunteer optionsat over a dozen locations.

Volunteer slots range from an hour after school to all day events on Saturday.  Partners include the DSU, Senior Center, Beach Clean Up, Tarklin Town Litter Sweep, Dux Youth Sports, DBMS,  Duxbury Thrift Store, Sustainable Duxbury and Camp Wing.  
We have 95 students playing football at Duxbury.  All are participating in some level during the week of Service.
Service activities include:
1. Players go Gold to support Childhood Cancer Awareness in their great win against Franklin last night
2. Duxbury High School Football players volunteering at Duxbury Beach Reservation Beach Ball 2022
3. DHS Football Players kicking off service week at the Lobster event with the Council on Aging
4. The projects included working with the Duxbury Senior Center, Lions Pantry, Duxbury Recreation and many more.
