About:
The softball program at Eastridge Athletics is making an impact off the field by rallying its community to support local homeless shelters through a PB&J Drive.
From May 2–9, Eastridge Softball invited students, families, and community members to donate peanut butter and jelly at softball games, school offices, or directly through Lancer players. The simple but meaningful initiative aims to provide easy-to-make meals for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.
By combining teamwork, compassion, and community spirit, the Lancers continue to show that athletics can be a powerful platform for giving back. Their efforts highlight how student-athletes are using their voices and programs to support neighbors in need while inspiring others to get involved.
The Eastridge community’s support once again proves that small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
