The Eden Prairie Eagles Boys Basketball program recently reminded the community that basketball is about more than what happens on the court.
On January 16, the Eagles hosted PROP Donation Night during their varsity game, inviting fans to support families in need by donating non-perishable food items. The effort brought together students, families, and community members around a shared goal—helping neighbors facing food insecurity.
By partnering with PROP Food, the team used a game-night atmosphere to make giving back easy and impactful. Every donation, big or small, helped strengthen local support systems and showed what can happen when a school community comes together with purpose.
