The Key Club has launched a deeply meaningful initiative this holiday season: the Emma’s Wings Holiday Toy Drive, created in honor of Emma Rose, a beautiful little girl who gained her wings far too soon. Through this act of kindness, students are ensuring Emma’s light continues to shine brightly in their community.
The toy drive invites students, families, and community members to donate new toys, all of which will be gifted to children at Stony Brook University Children’s Hospital. The effort not only brings joy to young patients during the holidays but also celebrates Emma’s memory through compassion and generosity.
Donations will be accepted until December 23, 2025, with an Amazon registry available to make giving even simpler. Under the guidance of Mrs. Cogelja and Mrs. Hanley, Key Club members are working together to spread comfort, love, and holiday cheer to families who need it most.
Emma’s Wings is a beautiful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can have a lasting impact. Thank you to everyone supporting this heartfelt project and helping keep Emma’s spirit alive through giving.
