About:
Forest Brook’s Student Government recently demonstrated the power of kindness and community by organizing a heartfelt fundraiser in support of Angela’s House, a nonprofit organization that provides care and support for medically fragile children.
The fundraiser featured the sale of fun school supplies — including pencils and scented erasers — to raise funds for a beautification project at Angela’s House. Thanks to the generous support of students and their families, the Student Government raised enough to make a meaningful impact.
With the proceeds, Student Government members visited Angela’s House, where they planted vibrant flowers and installed colorful windmills, transforming the outdoor space into a more cheerful and welcoming environment for the children and their families.
As a part of their visit, the students also presented a donation of $570 to Mr. Policastro, the founder of Angela’s House. These funds will help provide essential medical supplies and other much-needed resources for the children in care.
Forest Brook’s Student Government extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to this meaningful cause. Your generosity and community spirit are helping to make a real difference in the lives of others.
