The Garden City Boys Lacrosse team proudly celebrated its 27th annual Poinsettia Sale, continuing a long-standing tradition that supports the team’s spring season while giving back to the community.
Players sold poinsettias throughout the Garden City community and extended the impact of the initiative by donating plants to the NYU Langone Cancer Center for Kids and the Garden City Administration Building. A special highlight of the event was the opportunity for seniors to personally deliver the donated poinsettias, sharing holiday cheer and meaningful moments with those receiving them.
This cherished tradition reflects the values of Garden City athletics—leadership, teamwork, and service beyond the field—and demonstrates how student-athletes can create a lasting positive impact in their community year after year.
