On September 16, members of the Wayne High School girls soccer team showed that teamwork isn’t limited to the field. While preparing for the boys game at Eagle Stadium, Athletic Director Mr Carusone noticed the bleachers hadn’t been cleaned from the night before and began tackling the task.
Several girls, just finishing up their own practice, saw what was happening and immediately joined in. Together, they made quick work of the cleanup — turning an unplanned chore into a great example of initiative, teamwork, and pride in their school community.
