Students in Michelle Bouffard’s class at Pakanasink had some very special visitors recently! The girls’ varsity basketball team stopped by to personally thank the students who came out to support them on Youth Night last week.
The young students were beyond excited, treating the players like celebrities—some even asked for autographs! It was a heartwarming moment that showcased the deep connection between the varsity athletes and the next generation of players.
These varsity athletes are more than just talented players; they are role models, demonstrating the importance of gratitude, leadership, and giving back to the community. Their visit left a lasting impact, proving that the lessons learned on the court extend far beyond the game.
