On Friday, the officers of the Westhampton Beach High School’s Golden Canes and I went to the Kanas Center to deliver a check for $1,000 to East End Hospice and Camp Good Grief. The Golden Canes Club, dedicated to raising awareness and funds for childhood cancer, organized the club’s second annual pickleball tournament on May 24th at The Barn in Westhampton, which saw participation from the community and both students and alumni.
