The Helping Our Heroes Club at Greeley High School continues to make a powerful impact through their dedication to honoring and supporting veterans. This fall, the club sponsored a card-making table where students and community members could create messages of appreciation for veterans — a simple yet meaningful way to say “thank you” to those who’ve served.
Their efforts build on an inspiring moment earlier this season, when during halftime of a Greeley Football game, the club presented a veteran with a service dog — a touching gesture of gratitude and a powerful reminder of the challenges many veterans face after service.
Through creativity, compassion, and action, the Helping Our Heroes Club is showing what it truly means to serve those who have served us.
