About:
In a heartwarming display of kindness and generosity, Zac Klein from Greeley recently led an initiative to provide brand new lacrosse bags to athletes of all abilities at Able Athletics. This impactful project was made possible through a collaboration with @adidas and @RunwayOfDreams1, showing just how powerful partnerships can be when the goal is to give back to the community.
The initiative aims to empower athletes by ensuring they have the necessary equipment to thrive in their sports. By providing these athletes with high-quality lacrosse bags, Zac and his partners are helping to remove barriers and create a more inclusive and supportive environment for athletes of all abilities.
This collaboration between Zac, adidas, and Runway Of Dreams is a shining example of how small acts of kindness can lead to meaningful change. It’s inspiring to see young leaders stepping up to make a difference, and we look forward to learning more about the lasting impact this initiative will have on the athletes involved.
“I am a volunteer therapist on the weekend for an adaptive sports program called Able Athletics. Yesterday was our first inclusive lacrosse session and I was touched to see brand new Addidas lacrosse bags lined up along the wall of the gymnasium. Little did I know that one of our very own Greeley students, Zac Klein, was the brains behind the operation, working with Addidas and Runway of Dreams Foundation to make this possible. It was an incredible gesture, and the athletes loved them!
Able is an incredible program and I am proud to share that a number of our athletes have volunteered their time this year. One of our own students, Ben Carbone, is an Able Athlete! ” —
