We’re proud to recognize a remarkable group of Hauppauge High School students who are making a meaningful impact through the Cohen Strong Mental Health partnership with Northwell Health.
As part of the program, these students completed Mental Health 101 training, launched a project to raise awareness of mental health resources, and developed a website to ensure that this vital information is accessible to all students.
Several students also participated in the Day of Action in Albany, and Jacob Wolmetz took advocacy a step further by traveling to Washington, D.C. to speak on Capitol Hill about the importance of mental health services.
