On Thursday, May 15th, the Hen Hud and Mahopac boys lacrosse teams came together for a meaningful game as part of the “Mental Matchup” initiative. More than just a competition on the field, the event aimed to raise awareness for mental health and support the 15 For Life Foundation, an organization dedicated to honoring the legacy of Rob Kavovit by promoting mental wellness, especially among student-athletes.
With powerful messages of support, shared purpose, and community unity, the game served as a platform to spark conversations around mental health and remind everyone that it’s okay to ask for help.
