A tribute tonight before the V Volleyballgame to our friend Jason Maihofer. Jason’s sons accepted a certificate of appreciation for his dedication to the volleyball team. A 25 (years as a teacher) second moment of silence was observed. We miss you Jason.
Tonight the Holley volleyball team would like to remember a very special teacher, Jason Maihofer, who passed away last year in June. He was a teacher at Holley for 25 years, and also the timekeeper for our volleyball matches for many years. Mr. Maihofer was a genuine and kind person and he was always so supportive of Holley students and coworkers. He reached out to everyone and always made you feel listened to and valued when speaking to him. Jason Maihofer will truly be missed in the Holley community. His sons, Ian and Colin, are here tonight, please join us in honoring Mr. Maihofer with a moment of silence. 25 seconds has been put on the clock to recognize his 25 years of service in Holley.
