About:
The Mepham High School seniors from the Class of 2025 came together to continue a powerful tradition of remembrance and community service. Under crisp blue skies and with palpable school spirit, these dedicated students, along with our hardworking custodial crew, set up Mepham’s 10th Annual Flag Field of Honor—a breathtaking display that pays tribute to heroes and stands as a symbol of unity and hope.
Every flag in the field represents a story, a sacrifice, or a moment of courage, and it serves as a reminder of the values we hold dear as a community. Yet this event is not only about honoring the past; it also looks forward with a mission of giving back. This year, all proceeds from the Flag Field of Honor will go directly to the Senior Service Learning Project’s partnership with the Ronald McDonald House, an organization known for providing critical support to families during challenging times.
The flags will remain on display until December 8th, offering everyone in the community an opportunity to witness this striking and meaningful tribute. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Mepham seniors for their hard work and dedication and to everyone in our school community who contributed to making this project possible. Your support demonstrates the heart and spirit of what it means to be a Mepham Pirate.
As we reflect on this impactful event, let us remember the power of coming together for a greater good and continue to find ways to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Thank you for being a part of this tradition and for helping us support families through the Ronald McDonald House. Together, we are creating a legacy of service and compassion.
