About:
Photo caption: With hammers in hand, members of the Riverhead High School Interact Club recently worked alongside Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk to construct a home in Bellport for a family in need. Prior to the build, the students – Caleigh Cantalupo, Jordan Falisi, Madison Geldert, Aleeyah George, Lilly Kneidl, Layla Langhorne, Angela Llamas, Katie Moore, Shannon Raynor, Mia Roces, Jill Shackel and Hailey Stravocos – raised $1,200 toward the cause by selling paper bricks at their school. “Working with Habitat for Humanity gave me a hands-on experience of helping others and taught me to work hard toward a goal,” said Kneidl.
