This week, Irondequoit High School Flag Football took the field not only to compete but to celebrate the teachers who have made a meaningful impact in their lives. As part of Teacher Appreciation Week, the team hosted a Teacher Appreciation Night before their game against Victor on Monday.
Though the Eagles fell 12-0 in a tough matchup, the night was a powerful reminder that success isn’t always measured by the scoreboard. Each player took time to honor an educator who had influenced, inspired, or supported them throughout their academic journey.
