Island Park’s Lincoln Orens Middle School and Francis X. Hegarty Elementary School held food drives that brought meals to local families just in time for the holiday season. Student Council members from Hegarty and Lincoln Orens teamed up with the middle school’s Builders Club for this initiative. They collected nonperishable items that were safely packaged and distributed.
